Cancellation and prepayment policies .  General rules is ; must down payment at least 50% of total amount while reservation or before 10 days on your travel date and if cancel your trip before 3 days check_in Date we return half of deposit except bank charge (down payment).

Children and extra beds

All children under 7 years stay  charge 300 pesos/person/night when using existing beds.
All older children or adults are charge 500 pesos per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
